Over beers in a famous London park, Tim and Ali came to the conclusion that there was a better way of doing recruitment. They decided there and then that clients and candidates deserved a more positive recruitment experience. One that didn't put people and roles into boxes or operated a volume-orientated 'bums on seats', approach.

In addition to this, Ali and Tim, with their experience of placing senior and Executive candidates, decided that clients should receive a more tailored offering to their hiring needs. One size doesn't necessarily fit all and so the idea of offering a recruitment model that included both standard recruitment and Executive Search as part of its make-up was born.

Dynamic New Alliances or DNA has been launched therefore to offer both clients and candidates an experienced, ethical and truthful approach. One that puts the person at the heart of the equation and one that gives back too. DNA is not about stripping talent out of the industries it works in, but about investing back into it; both through working hard to fulfil people's career choices and by working hard for clients and industry bodies, so that they get the talent they deserve.

As masters of DNA's destiny, Tim and Ali can now begin to evolve the recruitment process and with the help of their existing and future clients and candidates, begin the process of making it a better experience for all concerned.
