DNA has been set up precisely to offer a different approach and promote a more open ended style of recruitment. Because most of us have worked in agencies at a senior level we know what they need from their recruiters. And because we've also worked in recruitment at a senior level, we know where the process can often go wrong too.

We are passionate about our clients and the industry we operate in. We are passionate too about the candidates we meet and represent.

We promise not to spread ourselves too thinly or adopt a volume-driven approach; we'd much rather be successful on every role we're briefed on than take the approach that 75 per cent of the roles we're briefed on won't be filled.

With our senior experience, our focus is to build deeper relationships with key decision makers and we actively promote a partnership mentality, so our clients get the talent they need to evolve their business.

The right service for the right need.

  1. DNA Recruitment. For roles where you're only interested in receiving details of those candidates actively searching for a new position.
  2. DNA Search. For roles where you don't want to leave anything to chance we might recommend DNA Search. It's most appropriate for senior, executive or tactically important roles that need to be filled within a certain time-frame. By its very nature the service is research orientated and thorough, so we insist that it's retained exclusively for the length of the assignment. We operate DNA Search within an industry standard Code of Practice.

  • Each candidate will have been briefed fully on your requirements.
  • We can advise on the best way to recruit for specific roles and prepare advertising strategies accordingly on your behalf.
  • We will never operate in a way that is questionable ethically - we will do what we say and we'll behave with the utmost integrity.
