Our search offering is not about filling briefs or sending CVs; it's about finding clients the person who will add the most value as well as being the best skilled for the role they need them to do.
DNA Search is specifically for roles where hiring cannot be left to chance. It's most appropriate for senior, executive or tactically important roles that need to be filled within a certain time-frame. By its very nature the service is research-orientated and thorough, so we insist that it's retained exclusively for the length of the assignment. We operate DNA Search within an industry standard Code of Practice.
